(umm, some kind of vegetable, although I’m blanking on what exactly – green beans?)
Mustard Baked Chicken with Pretzel Crusted Chicken

Sage Scented Mashed Sweet Potatoes
(per person – multiply as needed – for reference I made about 5lb worth of sweet potatoes)
1 medium sweet potato, peeled & chopped into large chunks
1-2 tsp fresh sage, roughly chopped (or finely chopped if you’re using a masher)
1 Tbsp parmesan (or to taste)
Pat of butter (size of pat will depend on how decadent you’re feeling)
3-4 Tbsp buttermilk
Salt/pepper
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well, and then return to the heat to cook off any excess water.
Using either a masher (will give you a chunkier texture), or an immersion blender, puree the sweet potatoes with all the remaining ingredients – adding more butter/buttermilk as needed to give you the taste/texture you want. Season to taste with salt/pepper.
